Thank you to all those who came out to support the Inshallah Singing Community and Trillium’s Footpaths Campers at Friday night’s concert! The campers were a bit nervous but excited to perform “Sing Children of the World” by Dawud Wharnsby which is featured in Inshallah’s new songbook, Sing the Journey Deep.
“Sing the Journey Deep is a companion for the complicated times in which we live. These songs provide ways to open to the sacred, to express the realities of joy and suffering, to pray and to live toward peace and justice through singing together.”
Registration is open for Footpaths session 2 which starts this week.
