Calling Grade 7-9 Musicians
We offer a music mentorship program for instrumentalists and singers through our junior youth band program. The program runs each Wednesday from 4:00-5:45 and is open to all skill levels. Repertoire includes songs from the Kanata Centre’s forthcoming songbook Sing the Journey Deep.
What to Expect
Wednesday Schedule
3:30-4:00 Arrive as you are able and set up your instrument in the practice space.
4:00 Rehearsal and mentorship with Leo.
5:00 Junior Youth Band accompanies the Footpaths Sacred Space time.
5:45 Optional: Free community meal
Ready to Jam?
This program is offered free of charge to youth who can commit to regular attendance. Participants receive music mentorship and experience playing with others. To participate or find out more, contact Nathan: nathan@trilliumwaterloo.ca.
